Sell with United – No One Makes the Process Easier
From “interested in selling” to “sold for a great price” in four easy steps…
Mr. Khalil grew up in a humble home where his father worked a blue-collar job. His humble beginnings shaped his morals, ethics, and work practices. One of the most important lessons he learned from his parents was how to make an honest living. They instilled in him the belief that anything done dishonestly would come back to haunt him in this lifetime, or even harm his children's and their children's lives.
He was born and raised in North Jersey, one of the country's lower-income areas, which offered a vibrant diversity of all walks of life. He learned that working with people, concentrating on helping them, and getting to understand their cultures, was more important than making money. His father worked 16 hours a day, barely sleeping enough to provide for his family. This encouraged Mr. Khalil to study hard, and he received a scholarship from Volvo. Mr. Khalil also received over a dozen accolades and awards during his senior year in high school. He learned auto mechanics as well as various vocational trades and eventually graduated from NJIT with a degree in Computer Science. He also took it a step further and completed a concentration in Mechanical Engineering and added an Applied Statistics Minor.
During college, he aspired to be better, so he completed a business program at Prudential Young Entrepreneurs School of Business, where he excelled. He was awarded a business scholarship and went on to own a few successful businesses in his life.
Mr. Khalil always dreamed big and decided to use his own experiences buying homes to help others achieve the dream of homeownership. Mr. Khalil met a Realtor in Florida who changed the way he saw the industry and what good realtors could do to change people's lives. In turn, Mr. Khalil wants to make sure all of his clients become his extended family and enjoy the home-buying experience. They say not to get attached to your clients, but Mr. Khalil only knows how to make his clients his family and treat them as if they were his mother, brother, or sister.
Working with Mr. Khalil, you will know that his combination of technical background, business acumen, and life experiences, encompassed with buying and selling real estate since 1998 in his own life, will be the best choice you can ever make in working with someone. In conclusion, you will end up becoming inseparable from Mr. Khalil after working with him for any of your Real Estate needs.
Mr. Khalil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NJIT and holds a Statistics Degree. He focused on Automotive engineering and Industrial design in his first few years of college. Not only that, he became a Certified Notary Signing Agent. He has bought and sold over 60 properties in the USA as well as over 30 internationally since 1998. He has also helped many clients with new construction home purchases, not only in New Jersey but also in Texas and Florida.
It's not about how nicely dressed the real estate agent is or what kind of car they drive that should impress you. You shouldn't be impressed by how many sales awards they have received. Look for someone who is not commission-driven and doesn't boast about awards and sales figures. Furthermore, Look for someone who puts you first, does what's best for you, and treats you as they would treat their own loved ones.
